PLEASE NOTE: By purchasing any of these designs, the purchaser understands and agrees to the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to any other terms and conditions associated with the sale. All of the designs and plans provided here are protected by the Federal Copyright Act. Any unauthorized copying, distribution and/or use will be in violation of such law and will be prosecuted. Milwaukee Craftsman, LLC, hereby grants the purchaser and/or the purchaser’s agent (designer, architect, etc.) of the conceptual design a limited license to modify, revise and/or complete the design, as the purchaser deems necessary. The original conceptual design remains the property of Milwaukee Craftsman, LLC, and may not be published, distributed and/or marketed in any form, including print or electronic media. The designs shown here are not construction documents and will require additional detail and drawings. It is imperative that the purchaser consult with a qualified professional prior to commencing any construction associated with the designs. All dimensions, measurements and areas indicated on the designs are approximations. All designs ordered through Milwaukee Craftsman, LLC, are provided as-is and Milwaukee Craftsman, LLC, hereby disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness of purpose.

Customer agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold Milwaukee Craftsman LLC harmless from any and all damage, liability or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of defense) arising from any use of the plans provided. In the event any liability is imposed on Milwaukee Craftsman LLC, Milwaukee Craftsman LLC's liability to you or any third party shall not exceed the price paid for Milwaukee Craftsman LLC's product.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All plans provided herein are protected by Federal Copyright Act. Purchasing a set of plans transfers no right or ownership of the design to the purchaser. The purchaser has merely purchased a limited license to build that structure one time, and one time only. The plans may not be lent, given away or sold by the purchaser. It is illegal to make photocopies of, or reproduce in any form, the blueprints, plans, drawings, or nay other elated artwork without the written consent of the creator.
