Schematic Design Packages

There are 2 phases to the custom design process. At the completion of Phase 1 you have the option of stopping with a Phase 1 Package or proceeding on to Phase 2. Purchases of the design packages are made at the start of each phase. There is no obligation to purchase Phase 2 after Phase 1 is completed. Drawings and computer files are provided of the following items in each phase:

PHASE 1

• Schematic Floor Plans.
• Exterior Elevations (views of all sides of the home).

PHASE 2

• The items in Phase 1.
• Roof Plan.
• Site Plan (optional).
• Schematic Building Section.
• Interior Elevations (views of all interior walls with cabinetry)
